I missed you last week, Reader! I was on vacation, so I decided you could live without hearing from me for one week. 😊 But now I'm back, feeling more refreshed than ever. Not to sound too dramatic, but it feels like entering a new era. 🌈 So right now I'm focusing on:
That last one mostly shows up for me as getting sucked into YouTube and Instagram down various rabbit holes. I know when I'm doing it, and I know it doesn't help my brain one bit. 🙃 I've tried to set boundaries around it before, with few results. But now I'm feeling more confident about putting my time and energy into things that actually fill my cup and take me in the direction I want to go. What are you committing to right now, Reader? Whatever actions you're taking repeatedly, whatever thoughts keep running through your head, whatever habits you've slipped into consciously or unconsciously, that's where your commitment lies. Maybe you're good with that, but maybe you want to make some changes. There's no better time than spring to renew those good habits you want to maintain and clear out the old ones that no longer align. 🌷 Maybe it's more consistent movement/exercise (that's one of mine!), reassessing your finances, or taking daily action toward your business goals (that one too). Whatever it is, decide what's important to you, and start taking action. It doesn't have to be big leaps and bounds; small, consistent steps are enough.
