Hey Reader, â How's this fall reset treating you now that we're a week into September? đ I hope you've been able to take some time to focus on yourself, your health, and whatever's important to you. And if not, there's still plenty of time to pick a healthy habit you want to implement and start taking small action steps on it. But maybe some of you are just feeling a need for more rest right now. (We just had a full moon eclipse in Pisces and another new moon eclipse in Virgo on the way--I don't blame you! đ) If that's you, and you're thinking, "wtf? Why can't I take action right now? Why don't I even know what I'm doing??" I have a reframe for you. Trust the timing. đ°ī¸ If you're feeling a need for more rest and maybe some reflection right now, lean into that. đ âī¸ Maybe it's not the time to push (key word there, because pushing means resistance) forward on all your goals, whether that's business, health or something else. If you often find yourself thinking, "what's wrong with me? I know what I want to do, why can't I do it?" And meanwhile, you're feeling exhausted and overwhelmed all the time... Maybe it's not you. Maybe it's just not the right time yet. Maybe it's not you that's not ready to change the world, but the world that isn't quite ready for what you have to offer. And maybe you could do with some self-care and rest instead. Or just more sleep. đ´đ´đ´ That's okay. You'll know when it's time to move forward again. In the meantime, listen to what your body and soul are telling you. Chill. Trust that it's all going to work out in the long run. Stay open to any new possibilities that come your way, but don't try to force something that doesn't feel aligned right now. You can make space for awesome things to happen when you let go of controlling all the variables. (Guess what I'm learning to do in this season. đ ) Take a deep breath with me. In 2, 3, 4. Hold. Out, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. You got this. What would happen if you let yourself lean into this in-between period for a while? Anticipate good things, but don't force anything to happen. Give it a try.
