Ready for a reset? 🍁


Hope September is treating you well so far, Reader,

I'm all moved in and settled at my mom's house temporarily (a story for another day), feeling a little tired but much better than the last time I wrote to you. 😊

So let's circle back to resetting those healthy habits and routines shall we?

September, and Virgo season, brings that back-to-school fresh start energy and the transition from the hot, humid temperatures of summer to the cool breeze of fall. 🍂

Your weather results may vary depending on your location, but I'm sure you still feel a bit of this energy.

Not to mention, astrologically we have a full moon eclipse in Virgo on September 7th, which can bring big energetic shifts and a mental reset.

All signs point to reevaluating, reorganizing, resetting your daily life and habits to align with whatever your personal goals are. And, prioritizing your health and wellbeing in a big way.

I'm just here to ask the questions, feel free to let me know your answers in a reply to this email. 😉

  1. What is one healthy habit or routine that has fallen to the wayside of your life that you want to pull back into your regular routine right now?
  2. What is the smallest version of that thing you can (re)start to get yourself back in the habit?
  3. What is your vision for how this thing will improve your health and your life? (Journal/script it out!)

It could be anything from flossing every day to a meditation practice to reinstating your before-bed routine.

My thing is definitely more regular exercise. I've gone through many ups and downs with my exercise routine, and it's been in a "down" pattern for several months now, maybe even this whole year.

For me, now is the time to get back in the habit of three workouts per week, whether that's a walk/jog combination, YouTube workouts, or lifting weights in my living room.

I'm ready to feel strong and resilient again. Getting back to that place won't be perfect. There may be times when I can only do 10 minutes, but that's okay too. My vision is consistency, not perfection.
