It's the final countdown 🕰️✨


It is officially the FINAL month of 2025, Reader,

If you're like me, now is when you start doing some reflecting on the past year, and some forecasting into the next year.

First on the docket is 2025,

  • How did this year change you?
  • In what areas of your life did you move forward or make progress, and what areas stalled a bit? (no judgement here, it happens to all of us)
  • Did you overcommit or detour too far into certain areas of life (work projects, family obligations, health) that you want to course correct in the coming year?
  • What did you accomplish this year, whether it was material, physical changes in your life or inner changes (more confidence, peace, sense of identity, etc)?

Answer these questions in writing or record a voice note to yourself -- I bet you'll realize that a lot more happened this year than you can think of in the moment.

And give yourself grace -- maybe 2025 threw a lot at you and your physical life didn't change as much as you wanted it to. But you will have changed internally and adapted to your circumstances no matter what, because you're still here. That's always worth celebrating.

Even though we still have a full month to go in 2025, reflecting on the past year now will help you begin to realize what you want the next year to look like, what you want to prioritize in 2026.

Over the years I've found it's better to at least start turning some of these ideas over in your mind before the chaos of the holidays begins.

I'll follow up next week with some more specific questions about what you want to create in 2026, and give you a few answers of my own! 🤩

If you're an energy intuitive woo woo person like me, you're probably already noticing that there's this sense of speeding up into 2026. This doesn't always align with the end of the year, but this year it's a powerful time to visualize and manifest your ideal life through December and early January. This doesn't have to be complicated, just let yourself dream a little more about what you really want your life to look like without holding yourself back.
